UNCORKED AND CREATIVE POLICIES: Payment/Cancellation

PAYMENT POLICY: Payment is due at the time of the reservation to guarantee your seat. If you choose not to pay online, please call our studio to make payment by phone (406-241-1209) or visit my studio in person for payment. Walk-ins are always welcome, but payment MUST be made before class begins.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS: If you must cancel, studio credit will be given 48-2 hours before class. Less than 2 hours before the class start time or “No Shows” will not receive a refund or store credit. 

**Groups of 5 or more must provide notice of cancellation 72 hours prior to the event. Please leave a voicemail message if calling after 6 pm (406) 241-1209. Cancellations must be made by the registering party.

If you are 30 minutes or more late to class you will not be able to join us to paint. Trying to catch up to the rest of the class is stressful and your painting will suffer. We want you to have a good time and relax! Being tardy will add a level of stress that is difficult to recover from
